Response time
- Privacy / legal requests: 7 days.
- Critical bugs (data loss, app won't launch, restore fails, vaccine reminders not firing): 3 days.
- General questions, feature requests: 14 days.
If something blocks you and you haven't heard back within the window, send a polite nudge — emails occasionally bounce.
What to include
- App version: shown at the bottom of the Settings page.
- Device + Android version: e.g. "Redmi Note 12 on Android 13".
- What you were doing: the exact steps before the issue.
- What happened vs. what you expected.
- Family member context if relevant: which member (child / elder), which feature (vaccine / vitals / lab / med).
Before emailing — check these first
Reporting a security issue
Email us directly with subject line "Security:". We respond within 3 business days, fix as fast as we can, and credit you in the changelog if you want.
Refunds
CareConnect is free. If you paid someone for what they claimed was CareConnect, please report it via the support email.
